Biography

H-Blockx is a German rock band who formed in Münster, Germany in 1991. Following the release of their debut album 'Time to Move' (1994), the band went on to receive airplay on MTV with the videos for their tracks 'Risin' High' and 'Move'. In 1999, the band were requested to write a song for WWE wrestler 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin which they named 'Oh Hell Yeah'. Their subsequent albums include 'Discover My Soul' (1996) which peaked at number seven on the German charts, 'Fly Eyes' (1998), 'Get in the Ring' (2002), 'No Excuses' (2004), 'Open Letter to a Friend' (2007) and 'HBLX' (2012). Their 2019 schedule included a performance in the band's native Münster to celebrate the 25th anniversary of 'Time to Move'.
