Biography
Emil Bulls is an alternative metal band from Germany founded in 1995. The main founding members are the former monastery students Christoph von Freydorf (vocals and guitar) and Stefan Finauer (drums) together with church choir friend James Richardson (bass). After the first releases Made in India (1995) and Red Dick's Potatoe Garden (1997), the EP Feel Sick followed in 1998. The album Angel Delivery Service made its first chart entry in Germany in 2001 at number 48. After further albums, the Emil Bulls made it into the top 20 in Germany in 2011 with Oceanic at number 16. The album also made it into the Austrian charts at number 69. The follow-up Sacrifice to Venus even climbed to number 6 in the German charts in 2014 and reached number 27 in Austria. The albums Kill Your Demons (2017) and Mixtape (2019) also reached the top 20 in Germany. After a short break, the album Love Will Fix It is released in 2024. The album reaches number 3 in Germany.
