Harm's Way is an American metalcore band from Chicago, Illinois, formed in 2006. The group began as a side project by members of Few and the Proud, initially playing powerviolence songs influenced by Crossed Out and Infest. Their early releases included the EP Imprisoned (2007) and the EP Harm's Way (2008), followed by the debut album Reality Approaches (2009) and the EP No Gods, No Masters (2010). Harm's Way released their second studio album, Isolation (2011). The band signed with Deathwish Inc. in 2013 and released the EP Blinded (2013). Their third studio album, Rust (2015), was released through Deathwish. In 2018, Harm's Way debuted on Metal Blade Records with the album Posthuman (2018) and later released the remix EP PSTHMN (2019). The band incorporates elements of metalcore, industrial death metal, and groove metal into their sound. In 2023, they released their fifth album Common Suffering (2023). Guitarist Bo Lueders died on April 2, 2026, aged 38. Other releases include the single "Breeding Grounds" (2011).
