Guadalupe Plata is a Spanish blues ensemble from Ãbeda formed in 2006. The group consists of the musicians Pedro de Dios Barceló and Carlos Jimena. They achieved professional recognition for a musical style blending blues with jazz, psychedelic rock, and flamenco influences. Their recording career began with the debut extended play Guadalupe Plata (2008), followed by the studio recording Guadalupe Plata (2011). They achieved professional recognition for the studio recording Guadalupe Plata 2013, which received the Ojo CrÃtico Award (2013) and the IMPALA Award for best independent album of Europe (2014). Their discography includes the studio recordings Guadalupe Plata 2015, Guadalupe Plata 2017, and Guadalupe Plata 2018. They released the studio recording The Devil Can't Do You No Harm (2021) in collaboration with Mike Edison and the studio recording Guadalupe Plata 2023 (2023).
