Havalina, a Spanish indie rock band from Madrid, was formed in 2001 under the name Havalina Blu. The original lineup included members from bands like Sugar Kane and Rosebud. In 2003, they released their debut album Uncoloured Songs. In 2004, Andrés Romero and Alejandro Muñoz left the band, with Javier Couceiro joining and Sara Iglesias returning. Their second album, From Bed to Bed, was released in 2005. Havalina signed with Junk Records in 2006 for their third album, A Woman or Two. In 2008, they released their first Spanish-language album, Junio, and signed with Origami Records. Notable albums include Imperfección (2009), Las Hojas Secas (2010), and H (2012). The band celebrated their tenth anniversary in 2011 with a special box set. In 2015, they released Islas de Cemento, followed by Muerdesombra in 2017.
