Grupo Anaconda formed in 2004 in the Greater Buenos Aires area, quickly distinguishing themselves in the cumbia romántica scene under the leadership of lead vocalist Valeska Pino. Their debut album AntÃdoto de Amor (2004) featured heartfelt early hits like âAmor de Tres,â âFallaste,â and âVen Junto a MÃ,â which became instant audience favorites and established their reputation. After several years of activity, they entered a period of reduced visibility before reemerging in 2019 with a revamped lineup of ten musicians on stage, restoring their presence within the genre. By 2022, they captured streaming attention with the Valeskâ Naconda: Sin Miedo Session #20 EP, which included refreshed versions of their classic hits. In 2023, they released a live EP titled Session Deluxe (En Vivo) and dropped singles like âLa Culpa,â âAdicta al Dolor,â and âEl Amor de Tu Vida,â reflecting a renewed vitality. The following year saw a prolific output with several singlesââQuiero Saber de Ti,â âQue Poco,â and the medley âDestilando Amor / Como Te Voy a Olvidar / Besar Tu Pielââfurther connecting with new listeners. In 2025, they continued their momentum with singles such as âTarde Lo ConocÃ,â âQue Nadie Sepa Mi Sufrir,â and âNecesito Encontrarte / De Mi Enamórate,â as well as a feature on Ke Personajes' âTiene Espinas El Rosal.â
