Biography

Grandma's Ashes is a French trio formed in Paris in 2017 and made up of Eva Hägen (bass, vocals), Myriam El Moumni (guitar) and Edith Séguier (drums). Revealed on the indie rock scene with a sound initially marked by stoner and progressive rock, the band has developed a darker, more introspective identity, blending grunge, new wave and goth rock influences. After the 2020 release of Daddy Issues, The Fates EP followed in 2021, then debut album This Too Shall Pass in 2023. Two years later comes Bruxism, a second album recorded in Brussels with producer Jesse Gander.
