Biography
Giraffenaffen is a German children's music group known for their series of albums, books, and audio plays. The project began in 2012 with the release of their self-titled debut album Giraffenaffen, which featured various German-language artists reinterpreting well-known children's songs. A portion of the proceeds from this album supported Die Arche, a charity for children and youth. Following the success of their first album, Giraffenaffen continued to release albums annually, including Giraffenaffen 2 (2013), Giraffenaffen 3 (2014), and Giraffenaffen 4: Winterzeit (2015). In 2016, the fictional hip-hop trio Giraffenaffen Gang released their debut album Nö mit Ã. The group's work also includes a series of audio plays written by Cally Stronk and Steffen Herzberg.
