Biography

Tim Toupet was born in Cologne on October 28, 1971. He is a German party pop singer and trained hairdresser who is considered a defining figure in the German-language ballroom and party pop scene. Tim Toupet began his musical career around 2004, when he released singles such as "Yippie jaja yippie noch en Kölsch". He frequently collaborates with guest musicians, including DJ Padre, Howie Nuvo and DJ Cashi. Famous releases include Best of Partyhits and the Fliegerlied (2010), as well as numerous singles such as "Du hast die Haare schön" (2005), "Ich bin ein Döner" (2008) and "...So ein schöner Tag (Fliegerlied)" (2008). He was honored at the Ballermann Award in the category "Best Live Act" (2015). Subsequent songs include "Bieraktivist" (2023) and "Dann leg ich Schlager auf" (2024) as well as "Papa (Ich will lieber saufen)" (2025) together with Moses C and Der Partycrasher.
