Biography

Ghost Bath, an American metal band from Minot, North Dakota, was formed in 2012. The group initially gained attention with their self-titled EP released in 2013 via Solitude Productions and the album Funeral in 2014 through Pest Productions. Their anonymity led to speculation about their origins, with many believing they were from China due to their label affiliations. Ghost Bath's second album, Moonlover, was released in 2015 by Northern Silence Productions and reissued in 2017 with a bonus track via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. The band embarked on their first European tour in August 2016, supporting acts like Converge and The Black Dahlia Murder. Their third album, Starmourner, was released in 2017 during a North American tour with Astronoid. Ghost Bath is known for blending aggressive black metal elements with post-rock atmospheres, drawing comparisons to Deafheaven's Sunbather.
