Gazosa, an Italian pop rock group from Rome, was formed in 1998 by Jessica Morlacchi, Valentina Paciotti, Federico Paciotti, and Vincenzo Siani. They initially performed under the name Eta Beta on Disney Club. In 1999, they changed their name to Zeta Beta and released a cover of "Mamma Mia" by ABBA. The following year, they signed with Caterina Caselli's label and released their self-titled debut album Gazosa. They released their second album, www.mipiacitu, and participated in the Festivalbar. Their final album, Inseparabili, was released in 2002, followed by a tour and the single "Nessuno mi può giudicare" featuring Tormento dei Sottotono. Gazosa disbanded in 2003, with Morlacchi pursuing a solo career. The group reunited in 2009 with a new lineup, which underwent further changes in 2011.
