Frank Schültge, born on July 16, 1968, in Bremen, Germany, is a musician and producer known by his stage name F.S.Blumm. Schültge received classical guitar training as a youth but developed an interest in noise music, influenced by bands like Sonic Youth and the Melvins. He began his musical career with various formations and released his first EP, Esst Obst!, in 1998. In 2000, he released the album Bettvanille Weiter and collaborated extensively with other artists, including Harald "Sack" Ziegler as Sack & Blumm and Marcel Türkowsky in the band Kinn. Schültge's solo work includes notable albums such as Mondkuchen (2001), Ankern (2002), and Zweite Meer (2005). He also collaborated with Ella Blixt as Bobby & Blumm, releasing Everybody Loves.. in 2008 and A Little Big in 2010. Schültge's work also included projects with Nils Frahm and Luca Fadda.
