Biography

Frank Glover, born on June 27, 1963 in Indianapolis, is an American jazz musician and composer known for his work as a saxophonist. He emerged in the local jazz scene of Indianapolis during the 1980s and was awarded the Jazz Performance Award by the National Endowment for the Arts in 1996. Glover's discography includes albums such as Mosaic (1991), Something Old, Something New (1994), and Abacus (2009). He has performed at notable venues including Carnegie Hall, the Chicago Jazz Festival, and the Indianapolis Jazz Festival. He has continued to perform regularly in Indianapolis and works as a music educator and author.
