Ãmilie Proulx, born in Canada, is a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. She began her music career by releasing her first EP, Dans Une Ville Endormie, in 2007. In the following years, she released two more albums: La Lenteur Alentour (2009) and Montagnes Russes, Mini-Tsunamis (2011). She has collaborated with numerous artists as a touring and studio musician, including Jeanne Côté, Maude Audet, Catherine Leduc, Navet Confit, and Anaïs Constantin. She co-produced the first album of Willows in 2014, recorded at Studio Masterkut in Montreal. In 2019, she released her fourth mini-album, handling both production and mixing. Her subsequent releases include La nuit, les échos (2021). Proulx also co-produced the albums Suite pour personne and Nos routes pleines de branches by Jeanne Côté in 2023 and 2025, respectively.
