Eelco Gelling, born on June 12, 1946, in Zwartsluis, Netherlands, is a Dutch blues guitarist. He co-founded Cuby + Blizzards with Harry Muskee in 1964, releasing their first single in 1965 and several albums starting from 1966. The band gained fame in Holland, Germany, and the UK. In 1976, Gelling joined Golden Earring, contributing to Contraband (released in the U.S. under the title Mad Love) and "Sueleen" and "Bombay". He left the band during a tour in the United States after his favorite guitar was stolen.
