Dragana MirkoviÄ, born on January 18, 1968, in Kasidol near Požarevac, Serbia, is a Serbian turbo-folk singer. Influenced by her grandfather's accordion playing, she began singing at age five and quickly gained local attention. Her first two solo albums, Sanjala sam naÅ¡e venÄanje (1984) and Umiljato oko moje (1985), marked the start of her professional career. Collaborating with Južni Vetar, MirkoviÄ released several successful albums including Spasi me samoÄe (1986). Throughout the 1990s, she continued to release albums such as Do poslednjeg daha (1993) and Nije tebi do mene (1994), performing extensively across the Balkans. Notable concerts include a 1992 show in Belgrade with 50,000 attendees. MirkoviÄ's career spans over three decades, continuing with significant albums like Trag u vremenu (2004) and Od Milion Jedan (2017).
