Biography

Die Rinks, a German family music group consisting of parents Ute and Friedemann Rink along with their five children Anna-Kristina (Tina), Lisa, Jana, Alexander, and Sebastian, began their musical journey in the 1970s. The parents initially performed as the duo Ute & Friedemann Rink, releasing records before forming Die Rinks in the 1990s with their growing children. The group gained prominence through collaborations with notable figures such as Helmut Jost and Rolf Zuckowski. From 1999 to 2009, sisters Tina, Lisa, and Jana also formed the separate group Sharona. Die Rinks are known for their interactive concerts in kindergartens and projects for children's choirs. Since 2015, they have operated under their own label, Wolkentheater, releasing albums such as Tanzliederwiese (2015), Das Osterfest (2018), and Wegbegleiter (2019).
