Souly is a German musician and songwriter. His real name is Lucas Soultan Bendayan. Born in May 1997, Souly moves stylistically between trap, R&B and emo-rock, with his music being strongly characterized by emotions and atmospheric sounds. Souly made his breakthrough with his earlier projects such as the tapes"Engel fliegen" (2021) and Teufel fallen (2022). In 2023, he released his first studio album Ich wünschte, es würd mich kümmern, which presents a diverse soundscape. Highlights of the album include the songs "Nebel/Diamantstein", a complex, split composition, as well as collaborations with artists such as Gianni Suave and OG Keemo. In addition to studio work, live performance plays an important role in his career. His team of producers, including the Waterboutus twins, Matt Mendo and Stoopid Lou, have contributed significantly to the development of his distinctive sound.
