Biography

Schmyt's real name is Julian Schmit and he is a singer and rapper from Germany. The artist took his first musical steps in the hip-hop band Rakede in 2013. The band disbanded in 2020 and Schmyt launched his solo career. In the same year, Schmyt released two singles, "Niemand" and "Taximann". In 2021, Schmyt released his first EP, Gift. The EP makes it to number 29 in the German charts. The title track "Gift" also made it to number 49 in the charts. Together with fellow rappers Haftbefehl and Bausa, another single follows with "Leuchtreklame". Another chart entry at number 41. Three more singles follow with "Keiner Von Den Quarterbacks", "Ich WÃ¼nschte, Du WÃ¤rst Verloren" and "Universum Regelt". Schmyt starts the year with the songs "Liebe Verloren" and "Alles Anders (Weniger Im Arsch)". Schmyt receives vocal support from rapper Cro for the second single. The song climbs to number 31 in the German charts.
