Biography
Devil You Know, an American metalcore supergroup, was formed in Los Angeles in 2012. The band consisted of guitarist Francesco Artusato and drummer John Sankey, who began jamming and writing together before inviting vocalist Howard Jones to join. They released their debut single "Seven Years Alone" in 2014, followed by their first album The Beauty of Destruction in 2014, via Nuclear Blast Records. The album charted at number 50 on the Billboard 200. In 2015, they released their second and final album under the Devil You Know name, They Bleed Red. After a name change to Light the Torch in July 2017 due to legal issues surrounding Sankey's departure, the band continued releasing music under their new moniker.
