Biography
Death Breath, a Swedish death metal band, was formed in 2005. The group featured Nicke Andersson, former drummer of Entombed, Magnus "Mange" Hedquist on bass, and Robert Pehrsson on vocals and guitar. Their debut EP, Death Breath, was released in 2006 via Black Lodge Records. This release included a guest appearance by Dismember's Fred Estby as vocalist. The band's first album, Stinking Up the Night, followed later that year with additional guest appearances from Scott Carlson of Repulsion and Cathedral, and Jörgen Sandström of Grave and Entombed. In 2007, Death Breath released another EP, Let It Stink, featuring cover versions of songs by Discharge, GBH, and Bathory. The band released the EP The Old Hag in 2022.
