Biography

Dante Bowe, born May 10 1992 in Rockingham, North Carolina, is an American contemporary worship singer. He debuted with Potter and Friend in 2017 and released the album Son of a Father the same year. After joining Bethel Music in 2019, he issued Champion (2020) and the single "Voice of God" featuring Steffany Gretzinger and Chandler Moore, which reached Number 36 on the Hot Christian Songs chart. His 2021 album Circles was driven by the award‑winning single "Joyful", which topped the Hot Gospel Songs chart and earned the GMA Dove Award for Contemporary Gospel Recorded Song of the Year. Dante Bowe collaborated with Elevation Worship and Maverick City Music on "Wait on You" (2021), which hit Number 1 on the Hot Gospel Songs chart. He received a Grammy in 2022 for Best Contemporary Christian Music Album as part of Old Church Basement and later released his self‑titled album Dante Bowe in 2023. In 2024 his single "Gratitude" won the GMA Dove Award for Worship Song of the Year and peaked at Number 1 on the Hot Gospel Songs chart. Dante Bowe collaborated with Maverick City Music again in 2026 on the album I Was Made to Glorify Your Name.
