Biography

Cliff Eberhardt is an American folk singer-songwriter born on January 7, 1954, in Berwyn. He achieved professional recognition for a musical career characterized by folk and for being a founding member of the Fast Folk Music Cooperative in New York City. Eberhardt achieved professional recognition for a career that began after he started playing the guitar at an early age and touring as a duo with his brother Geoff at age 15. He achieved professional recognition for moving to New York City in 1978 and participating in the second folk and acoustic music revival. His recording career began with the debut studio recording The Long Road (1990) followed by the studio recording Now You Are My Home (1993). Eberhardt achieved professional recognition for joining the label Red House Records in 1997 and recording five albums for the label including Twelve Songs of Good and Evil (1997) and Borders (1999). Their discography included the studio recording School for Love (2002) and the studio recording 500 Miles: The Blue Rock Sessions (2009). The artist achieved professional recognition for the acoustic studio recording All Wood and Doors (2011) with the musician James Lee Stanley and contributing a cover to the tribute recording A Nod to Bob 2: An Artist's Tribute to Bob Dylan (2011).
