Biography

Christina Bell is a contemporary gospel singer from Shreveport, Louisiana. She enjoyed her first success as a teenager, as lead singer of the Stellar Award-nominated gospel group Zie'l. After the group split up in 2015, she shot to fame with her first group project, in which she performed alongside gospel superstars Fred Hammond, Donnie McClurkin, Yolanda Adams and Kirk Franklin. She made her solo debut in 2016 with the album Just Believe, followed by the single "Going" (2019), which reached the top 20 of the Billboard gospel radio charts. In early 2021, she releases "Bow Down", which reaches #18 on the gospel radio charts. Nominated at the Stellar Awards for Traditional Female Artist of the Year, she makes her acting debut alongside Twinkie Clark in the TV biopic The Clark Sisters: The First Ladies of Gospel, and goes on to found the VocalBells singing school. Her career continued with the album Still Faithfull in 2021 and Declaration in 2024. That same year, her song "Still Holding On" reached No. 23 on the Gospel Airplay chart.
