Biography
Ching Chong Song, a vocal duo from New York City's Anti-folk scene, formed in 2003. Known for their experimental music that shifted between humorous and dark tones, they released their debut album Little Naked Gay Adventure on June 6, 2007. Their second studio album, Everything is for the Babies, was released in 2009.
Ching Chong Song toured extensively across the US and Europe, performing at notable events such as Art Basel in Switzerland and Primavera a la Ciutat in Spain. They also appeared on NYC public access program Checkerboard Kids and closed the 22nd annual Antifolk Festival. Despite controversy over their name, which some considered derogatory to Asians, they continued performing until 2014.
