Biography
Charly Bliss, a power-pop band from Brooklyn, New York, formed in 2011. The group consists of siblings Eva Hendricks (lead vocals, guitar) and Sam Hendricks (drums), along with Spencer Fox (lead guitar) and bassist Dan Shure. Their earliest recordings were acoustic, more folk-based songs posted to YouTube. In 2013, they released their first EP A Lot to Say, followed by Soft Serve in 2014. The band's debut album Guppy was released on Barsuk Records in April 2017 and received critical acclaim. They toured extensively across the U.S. and U.K., and in 2018 opened for Death Cab for Cutie. Their second studio album Young Enough, produced by Joe Chiccarelli, was released in May 2019. On August 16, 2024, Charly Bliss released their third studio album Forever.
