Biography
Cayetana, an American rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was formed in 2011 by Augusta Koch on vocals and lead guitar, Kelly Olsen on drums, and Allegra Anka on bass. The trio met while attending college in New York and later moved back to their hometown of Philadelphia. In 2014, the band signed with Tiny Engines and released a single titled "Hot Dad Calendar" followed by their debut full-length album Nervous Like Me. Two years later, they released an EP titled Tired Eyes on Asian Man Records. In 2017, Cayetana released their second studio album New Kind of Normal via Plum Records. The band announced their breakup in 2019 and played their final show in Philadelphia on August 3, 2019.
