A discovery on the Ed Banger label, Frenchman Breakbot (born Thibaut Berland in 1981) has made a name for himself with his remixes of Justice, Sébastien Tellier, Royksopp and Metronomy. After a debut EP in 2008, he released Baby I'm Yours two years later. The song "Baby I'm Yours " was one of the best-selling tracks in France the following year, as was "Fantasy". The album By Your Side, released in September 2012, is divided between electro pop and strong disco and funk influences. Other tracks from the same album, " One Out of Two " and "Break of Dawn", support Breakbot's breakthrough with a wide audience. After the release of the EP You Should Know in 2013, the singles "Get Lost" and "Back for More" heralded the second album Still Waters , which saw the light of day in 2016.
