Biography
Longus Mongus is part of the German rap/trap group BHZ (abbreviation for Bananahaze) from Berlin-Schöneberg. In the style of a cross between classic Berlin boom bap and modern trap elements, the group of five rappers and two producers released their first EP Bananashake in 2017, followed by their first album 2826 in summer 2018 and numerous appearances on major stages and festivals. Since 2018, many band members have been releasing solo albums in addition to their work with BHZ. Longus Mongus laid the foundation for his solo career in 2019 with his debut album KOMMAKLAR. After singles with Niko K.I.Z, Florida Juicy and Torky Tork are released in 2021, his EP leben^^ follows in the same year.
