Beneath The Sky was an American metalcore band from Cincinnati, Ohio. Formed in mid-2004 after the collapse of their previous bands Makeshyft and Blind Judgment, Beneath The Sky gained regional traction through constant promotion and touring. Their debut album, What Demons Do To Saints, was released in January 2007. Towards the end of 2007, Beneath The Sky were nominated for a Cincinnati Music Award in the Hard rock/Metal category by CityBeat Magazine. The band's second album, The Day The Music Died, followed in June 2008. In March 2009, Beneath The Sky announced their reunion after a brief hiatus due to financial issues and released their third album, In Loving Memory, in May 2010. Despite several lineup changes, Beneath The Sky disbanded in 2014 following a farewell show in Covington, Kentucky.
