Babak Jahanbakhsh, born on March 21, 1983, in Bochum, Germany, is an Iranian pop singer. He began playing the piano at age five under a German teacher and later pursued Oriental music more seriously after returning to Iran. In 1997, at 14 years old, Jahanbakhsh received his official license from the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting and recorded his first track for them. His debut album, Chi Shodeh, was released in late December 2005, marking a significant breakthrough in his career. In 2012, the song "Mano Baroon" from his album Mano Baroon reached number 13 on Radio Javan's top 100 songs of the year. Jahanbakhsh has also composed and arranged songs for other artists and performed at notable festivals such as the Fajr International Music Festival and the Moghavemat Music Festival.
