Biography
Requiem, a death metal group, was formed in 1997 by guitarists Philipp Klauser and Ralph Inderbitzin with drummer Roger Kradolfer. The lineup expanded in 1998 with vocalist and bassist Michi Kuster, and the band recorded an unreleased demo Prophecies of a Dark Millennium. Their debut album Nameless Grave appeared in 2001 on Fastbeast Entertainment, leading to a contract with Revenge Productions and the release of Formed at Birth in 2003. Subsequent albums include Government Denies Knowledge (2006), Premier Killing League (2007), Infiltrate⦠Obliterate⦠Dominate⦠(2009), Within Darkened Disorder (2011), Global Resistance Rising (2018), and Collapse Into Chaos (2021). The band toured extensively across Europe, supporting acts such as Vader and Belphegor, and produced music videos for Premier Killing League (2007) and Marked by the Signs of Chaos (2010).
