Aril Brikha, born in 1976 in Tehran, Iran, and raised in Jönköping, Sweden, is an Assyrian techno musician. He began playing the keyboard at age seven and started composing music using a sequencer by 17. His earliest releases were on Swedish labels Dunkla, Plump, and Placktown. In 1998, Brikha switched to the label Fragile, releasing the Art of Vengeance EP (1998). His albums include Departure in Time (2000) and Ex Machina (2007). He also released 12-inch records such as the Winter EP (2007) and "Forever Frost" (2011). He toured with a live show and performed at the annual Detroit Electronic Music Festival. In 2008, he was nominated for Best Dance Album at the Swedish National Radio Gold Gala contest.
