Arc Angel was an American AOR rock band formed in 1983 by Jeff Cannata and Michael Soldan, who had previously been members of the Connecticut-based band Jasper Wrath. After signing a recording contract with CBS Records, Arc Angel released their self-titled debut album in 1983, which featured Cannata on lead vocals and multiple instruments, along with Soldan on keyboards. The album achieved significant success in Europe and included contributions from various session musicians. A music video for the song "Tragedy" was filmed and showcased on MTV. In 2002, the band released Tamorok, credited as a joint effort between Cannata and Arc Angel, followed by Harlequins of Light in 2013 under Frontiers Records.
