Biography
Antonietta De Pascale, known professionally as Antonella Lualdi, was born on July 6, 1931, in Beirut, Lebanon. She began her career in theater and gained recognition through her role in the musical film Signorinella (1949). Her breakthrough in music came with the release of "Il Sogno" in April 1973. Lualdi released several notable singles throughout her career, including "En Fermant Les Yeux" (1974), "Certe Volte", and "Se Ti Va / Vorrei Regalarti Una Scusa" (both 1976). She continued to release music into the 1980s with singles like "Summer In The Night" (1978) "Si, Però..." (1979), as well as her album Attimi. Lualdi passed away on August 10, 2023, in Rome, Italy.
