Biography
Another Michael is an American indie rock band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The group was founded in 2015 as a songwriting project by Michael Doherty. Their first release, the EP Sans, came out in 2016. Doherty soon collaborated with producer and bassist Nick Sebastiano and multi-instrumentalist Alenni Davis, who met while attending college at College of St. Rose in Albany, New York. The trio began performing together and released their second EP, Land, in 2018. Another Michael's debut full-length album, New Music and Big Pop, was released on February 19, 2021, after a delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The band released their second album, Wishes to Fulfill, in 2023, and their third album Pick Me Up, Turn Me Upside Down in 2024.
