Maria Louise Joensen, who goes by the name Aura Dione or just Aura, is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Denmark whose first pop single, 'Something from Nothing', went to number seven on the Denmark singles chart in 2007. Her 2008 album 'Columbine' reached number three on the Denmark albums chart and 'Before the Dinosaurs' peaked at number six. The track 'I Will Love You Monday (365)' topped the Germany Digital Song Sales chart in 2009 as did 'Geronimo' (2011), which also topped the Germany Songs chart. 'Friends' featuring Rock Mafia peaked at number four on both the Germany Digital Song Sales chart and the Germany Songs chart. She released the album 'Can't Steal the Music' in 2017 and 'Fearless Lovers' in 2019. Her 2019 schedule was to include appearances at venues in Aalborg and Copenhagen in Denmark and in cities across Germany.
