Biography
Annabouboula is a Greek-American musical act based in New York City. The group was formed by Anna Paidoussi, George Sempepos, and Christopher Lawrence. Their first recordings include the EP Hamam (1986), which featured the track âHamamâ. In 1987, a full-length vinyl album titled Hamam was distributed in the UK, which was later released in the United States as In the Baths of Constantinople (1990). Their second album, Burn Down the Coffee House (1989), was released in Greece and later issued in the United States as Greek Fire (1992). After a hiatus between 1993 and 2008, the group released the album Immortal Water (2010).
