Alibabki was a Polish all-female vocal band from Warsaw, active from 1963 to 1988. The group initially gained traction with their early releases such as the EP W rytmach Jamajca Ska (1965). Their musical styles included pop music, big beat, and ska. Alibabki performed both independently and as a support group for various musicians, contributing to about 2000 songs in total. The band's singing was featured in several Polish films. Notable albums include Kwiat jednej nocy (1969) and Zagrajmy w koÅci jeszcze raz (1977). Alibabki received multiple awards, including recognition at the National Festival of Polish Song in Opole for songs like "Idzie Åwit" (1964), "Gdy zmÄczeni wracamy z pól" (1965), and "Kwiat jednej nocy" (1969). In 2009, members of the band were awarded the Silver Medal for Merit to Culture â Gloria Artis.
