Biography

Alfred James Arcuri, born on April 19, 1988, in Central Coast, New South Wales, Australia, is a singer-songwriter. He initially pursued a career as an architect before transitioning into music. Arcuri's breakthrough came when he won the fifth season of The Voice Australia in 2016, joining Delta Goodrem’s team. Following his victory, he released his debut single "Cruel" and his first studio album, Zenith, which reached number 5 on the ARIA Charts. Arcuri embarked on his first national tour in November 2016. In January 2019, he released "To Myself", entering it into the running to represent Australia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019, where he placed fifth. He also represented Australia at the Golden Stag Festival in August 2019 and co-wrote "Running" with Sandro Nicolas for the Cypriot entry at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020.
