Mykyta Volodymyrovych Alieksieiev, known mononymously as Alekseev, and born on May 18, 1993, in Kyiv, Ukraine, is a singer-songwriter. He began his music career in 2014 after participating in The Voice of Ukraine. His breakthrough came with the release of "Pyanoye solntse" (Drunken Sun), which became a number one hit throughout the CIS. In 2016, he released the full-length album of the same name under Zion Music. Alekseev represented Belarus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 with "Forever", a shortened and translated version of his earlier song "ÐавÑегда". He has since released several singles and albums, including ÐÐ¾Ñ Ð·Ð²ÐµÐ·Ð´Ð° (My Star) (2019) and "Ðе мÑд" (No honey) (2019).
