Biography
Aile The Shota, born Watanabe Shota on March 15, 1998, in Tokyo, Japan, is a singer-songwriter under BMSG's internal label Bullmoose Records. His career began in earnest at Watanabe Entertainment School in 2014, where he honed his skills in songwriting alongside notable peers such as RYOKI of BE:FIRST. His journey into the music industry intensified in 2020 when he participated in the boy group audition "THE FIRST," organized by SKY-HI. Though he didn't join the group, his talents impressed SKY-HI enough to secure a management contract with BMSG as a solo artist. He made a surprise debut during SKY-HIâs live house tour in Tokyo on September 7, 2021, where he announced his stage name, Aile The Shota. He made his major debut with the digital single "AURORA TOKIO" on January 5, 2022, and continued to expand his musical influence with the release of "Last Dance" and Real Pop in 2024, marking his transfer to the fully internalized Bullmoose Records.
