A.C. Temple was an English alternative rock band from Sheffield, formed in 1985 by guitarist Noel Kilbride, bassist Neil Woodward, drummer Jayne Waterfall, and vocalist Dave Giles. The band released their debut EP Songs of Praise in 1987, followed by their first full-length album Blowtorch in 1988. Their final album, Belinda Backwards, was released in 1991 before the band split up. A notable single includes "Miss Sky" (1989).
