18 Karat is the stage name of a German rapper who wears a metallic gold mask and his real identity remains shrouded in secrecy. He began publishing music in 2015, and then signed to Farid Bang's Banger Musik label. He released his first album, 'FSK18 Brutal' in 2016. His subsequent albums include 'Pusha' (2017); 'Money Gold Grass' (2018); and 'Ever m'appelle criminal' in 2019. His singles 'Mama ist Nicht Stolz'; 'Das erste Mal' with Kollegah and 'Verliebt in einen Gangster 2' featuring Nura all reached the top 50 in the German Singles Chart.
