You, Me, and Everyone We Know is a rock band from Washington, D.C., formed in 2006. The band released their debut EP Party for the Grown and Sexy in 2008, which received positive reviews from critics. In early 2008, the lineup changed with Mike OâRourke replacing Dan Lee on bass and Rico Vigil joining as keyboardist. In the same year, they released the EP So Young, So Insane, produced by Motion City Soundtrack's Joshua Cain. The band continued to tour extensively through 2010, including appearances at Warped Tour and South by Southwest. In 2010, they released their first full-length album, Some Things Don't Wash Out, which received positive reviews from outlets like Dead Press and Alternative Press. They announced their disbandment in April 2011 due to internal issues, but reunited in 2012 and released the EP A Great Big Hole. The band broke up again in 2017, but released the single "(Still) Basically A God" in 2019, followed by "F.I.N.E." and the EP Radical! Change in 2020.
