VIC:CESS is a Japanese dance and vocal unit formed in 2011 and belongs to HIRO PROJECT. The group's name is a coined word that combines the words "victory" and "success," and their music is based on 90s royal eurobeat and dance-pop. The members themselves handle choreography, composition, direction, costumes, etc., and are known for their high-energy live performances. The members are leader and vocalist MANA (Mana, born April 7, Gifu Prefecture), MIHO (Miho Noshita, born June 20, Chiba Prefecture), KANA (Kana Hojo, born September 17, Iwate Prefecture), and dancers NORI (born May 3, Mie Prefecture) and TATSU (born September 17, Aichi Prefecture), Their third single "Noise Night!" was released on June 30, 2015 and became a hit with its catchy sound and impactful performance, reaching No. 1 on the Shinseido Daily, No. 2 on the Oricon Daily, and No. 15 on the weekly chart. The group disbanded in 2017, but made a limited comeback in 2023 with "~GIROPPON DE Noise Night! 2023~" for the first time in six years with full members.
