Biography

Thirty years the synth pop world has been waiting for this moment, the reunion of Vince Clarke and Martin Gore. Having left Depeche Mode in 1981, Vince Clarke went on to enjoy a rich career with Yazoo, The Assembly and then Erasure. Less in the spotlight in recent years, he entrusted Martin L. Gore with the task of making a purely electro album. VCMG was born in 2011, and the two men began composing in their respective studios, exchanging ideas and demos via the Internet. Spock in December 2011 is the first in a series of EPs that precede the release of the album Ssss on March 12, 2012.
