Urban Creep, a South African rock band, was formed in 1994. The group consisted of Brendan Jury on viola and keyboards, Chris Letcher on guitar, Ross Campbell on drums, and Didier Noblia on bass. Urban Creep released their debut album Sea Level in 1995, which was nominated for Rock Album of the Year at the South African Music Industry Awards. The album featured the hit single "Slow Thighs", which reached Number 1 on the 5fm Top 40 chart in 1997. Their second album, Tightroper, further solidified their status as a seminal act in the South African rock scene.
