Joe Oxley, known by his stage name TVAM (often stylized TVAM or @_tvam), is a British musician, producer and sound artist based in Wigan, Greater Manchester, UK. A solo producer, he creates music that blends neo-psychedelia, post-punk, darkwave, shoegaze, synth-pop, krautrock, trip-hop, industrial music and electronic elements. TVAM made a name for itself with its debut album, Psychic Data (2018), recorded in its small personal studio. This now cult album was even used in commercials and in the HBO series Succession. He then released High Art Lite (2022) on Invada Records, followed by Ruins, released in February 2026.
