The Soulbreaker Company is a rock band from Vitoria, Spain, formed in 2003. The group recorded a self-titled demo in 2004 and won the prize for best band of Euskal Herria at the XVII Villa de Bilbao contest. Their debut album, Hot Smoke & Heavy Blues, was edited by Last Recordings and released in 2005. That same year, the band performed at the Azkena Rock Festival, sharing the bill with acts like Queens of the Stone Age. They also accompanied Mother Superior on tour. The band continued with albums such as The Pink Alchemist (published in early 2008) and Ãtaca (2010), the latter named best national album of 2010 by Popular 1 magazine. Current members include Illán Arribas, Javier Arteaga, Daniel Triñanes, Andoni Ortiz, Asier Fernandez, and Jony Moreno.
